Using Teamviewer

  • Download TeamViewer
  • Install TeamViewer
  • Agree with Braedius Support a date and time on which support will access your PC
  • Note your ID and password
  • Send your ID and password to support@braedius.com
  • It is preferred if you watch the screen while Braedius support takes control over your PC

Remote support conditions

When a customer of Braedius asks Braedius for support by using a remote support tool like Teamviewer or a similar tool and allows Braedius to access a system of said customer, Braedius does not accept any liability  for loss of data  or any harm done to the system accessed.For that reason the user is advised to e present and watch the screen of his computer  while Braedius support takes control over of the PC.
