How to return a product to Braedius for repair
- Step 1:Send an email to support@braedius.com with in the subject “RMA Request”; include in the email a description of the problem as well as the serial number of the goods to be returned.
- Step 2: Braedius staff will contact you and try to determine the cause of the reported issue, and decide if returning the material is a necessary next step
- Step 3: Wait for Braedius Support to send an RMA form with instructions for packing and sending the goods to be returned.
- Step 4 :Complete the form , package the goods following the instructions and send the parcel to the address as specified on the RMA form.
